Career Ready

Don't just get a job. Find the job that will be a stepping stone to a satisfying work life. With an emphasis on “doing what you love”, student enrolled in Career Ready will:

  • Use results from personal assessments to establish a career direction

  • Create a career path that will advance them towards their future self

  • Build and customize a resume for the new digital application process

  • Learn the secrets to a successful interview

  • Practice interviewing skills

  • Set job search goals

Future Ready

“What do you want to be when you grow up?” It is okay not to know. However, there is so much value in exploring the emerging opportunities on the horizon. Working with their mentor, students will:

  • Discover career paths that fit their interests and values.

  • Create a plan that will help expose and prepare the student to an interesting career path

  • Build a personal brand and personal elevator that leverages their personal strengths and vision

College Ready

Finding a degree or certificate program after high school that fits the students academic style, personality, and career goals.  Students enrolled in College Ready will:

  • Complete a college readiness assessment

  • Identify education options that support their career path

  • Create an application plan and timeline

  • Research programs and institutions that support their goals

CEO Ready

Students enrolled in this program have completed a promising Girls With Impact venture. CEO Ready lessons will include:

  • In-depth review of the venture project with goal setting

  • Analysis of finances including start-up costs and breakeven analysis

  • Launch planning

  • Making a marketing plan 

  • Building a supportive business network
