During GWI’s 10-week signature program, which is offered online after school and even during school in some districts, students bring their own business ideas to life. In the process they develop a business plan, pitch deck, résumé and interview skills, and an understanding of business fundamentals. “Their confidence soars,” says Jennifer, “and they come out with 25 improved work-readiness skills.”
